![]() The Enhanced Mystic Binding spell can be found in Broken Tower Redoubt. The shadow bow can be found in Irkngthand, in the same area that you spot Mercer though the gates. The sun bow can be found in the Kilkreath ruins, in the same area as Malkoran. The explosive versions of these bows can be found in the Labyrinthian, in the room with the troll. The fire/ice/shock bows can be found in Fellglow Keep in the Caller's room. The Sun bow, will gain a small additional damage bonus based on your Restoration skill, and the Shadow bow will gain a small additional damage bonus based on your Sneak skill. As well, the Fire/Ice/Shock bows will gain a small additional damage bonus based on your Destruction skill level. When Enhanced Mystic Binding has been cast, all of the bows will gain a bonus to damage based on your Archery and Conjuration skills. I have created a new damage scaling system, to hopefully make these bows competitive and usable in later levels of the game. As well, the bows will stay summoned for 3 minutes instead of 2 minutes. They will benefit from Damage Scaling, which I discuss below, and their elemental damage and effects will be enhanced. When you activate the spell, the bows will increase in power. This will not affect Ordinator and similar mods, but the Mystic Binding perks from those mods will not affect my bows. What I have done is to create the Enhanced Mystic Binding spell/lesser power, which will give you the Enhanced Mystic Binding perk for 24 hours. This was removed, since there are a few mods that alter that perk, and I cannot possibly make this mod compatible with every single mod that alters that perk and bound weapons. These bows are no longer affected by the Mystic Binding perk. Instead of an explosive ability, this bow has the added effect of poisoning targets, similar to Mora's Agony. The shadow bow is another slightly more powerful bow, which is basically a cross between the Ebony Blade and Mehrune's Razor. The sun bow is a slightly more powerful elemental bow, which is basically a cross between Dawnbreaker and Auriel's Bow, and can burst for a little AOE sun damage. There is also an explosive version of this bow for a little AOE shock damage. The shock bow deals shock damage and paralyzes foes temporarily. There is also an explosive version of this bow for a little AOE frost damage. The ice bow deals frost damage and slows foes temporarily. There is also an explosive version of this bow for a little AOE fire damage. The fire bow deals fire damage and staggers foes temporarily. ![]() They each have unique textures to give them their elemental looks, and each bow has a different damage type and effects. This mod adds 8 elemental themed and summon-able bows to the game. Still though, that made my character a one trick pony, and here I am wanting to get more of that mage feel. Then I tried the bound bow, and things got better. Surprisingly, if you don't spec out your character for mage stuff.you get a lackluster mage. I kind of decided I wanted to play through using the magic angle.when I got my rear end handed to me. ![]() Alright, there I was playing Skyrim, starting the College of Winterhold quest lines with my sneaky archer character.
